Dad wasn't a big movie watcher (Sue's comment about him falling asleep during films bears this out). However when he liked a film he did tend to get obsessed about them for a time - I'm looking at you 'Walk The Line', 'The Prestige', and 'The Greatest Showman here'.... He did like to get his money out of his Virgin TV subscription too - can remember him recently recording all the sky movie premieres, and watching one of the movies recorded with him (a bizarre tale of a serial killer who had been reincarnated as a drone....).
