Although John and I were never really close, I will always remember him for his great strength and kindness in supporting his family through all sorts of problems and in particular for the love and care he selflessly bestowed upon his wife and my cousin Jacqueline during her illness. It was a mark of a real man who stood up to the plate when needed . God bless John.
